Our Adirondack ski chairs are hand-built with shaped seats and curved backs for a very comfortable chair. We use composite lumber for the bases with used skis and boards for the backs, seats, and armrests that make a unique, long-lasting, and low-maintenance piece of outdoor furniture.
The composite lumber bases measure a full 1 inch thick and provide a robust and low maintenance structure for the chairs. The composite lumber is a blend of 80% recycled material which fits well with our vision of giving old skis and boards a second use.
The typical chair dimensions. (Note: since these are handmade and use a variety of skis and boards, measurements may vary.)
